- 500g of baobab
- 400 g of condensed milk
- 3l of water
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

To make your baobab juice, start by sorting it, removing the seeds and stems contained in it. You can also use powdered baobab to save time.

Boil 1.5l of water, pour into the baobab and add 1.5l of cold water. Mix with a whisk, cover and leave to stand for about 40 min.

After 40 minutes, mix properly with your previously washed hands.

Now comes the moment of preparation where you need the most patience: sift your preparation. You must sift about 6-7 times or more depending on the type of baobab you are using, to have a clean result. Your baobab juice should not contain any residue. Use a spatula or a Maryse when sifting. Do not hesitate to use two or three different sieves, from the least fine to the finest.

After sieving the mixture well, add the condensed milk. The latter is optional but it is worth it if you want your juice well skimmed. You can also use powdered milk, however you will have to make sure to mix well to avoid lumps.

Then add the sugar to your liking as well as the vanilla extract and mix properly. You can sieve one last time to make sure you have a juice without residue. Your baobab juice is ready, Bottle and let cool in the refrigerator before tasting or enjoy immediately with ice cubes.
