An easy, simple and inexpensive recipe, the milkshake is a recipe that can be made in 10 minutes with ingredients that you will easily find in your kitchen. Once you have gathered what you need for your drink, follow these instructions

Start by putting all your ingredients in the fridge for a good while so that they are very cold; this will make your milkshake tastier. You can also use ice cubes if you don't have time to freeze your ingredients beforehand.

Then in a blender add the milk, cinnamon, yogurt, honey and blend. If you make your milkshake with ice cubes, add the ice cubes at this step and blend for a minute.

Then cut the bananas into strips, add them and mix until you get a very homogeneous mixture. If you don't have a blender, use a mixer or a whisk, you will get the same result. On the other hand, with the whisk you will need your energy. In the absence of yogurt, you can use a scoop of vanilla ice cream. In this case, you obviously don't need to put the other ingredients in the refrigerator, you will only have to put the milkshake at the end in the fridge for 4 to 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into a milkshake glass or a large drinking glass. Then decorate the top if you wish with whipped cream, banana pieces, chocolate chips or crushed pecans. Add a straw and serve immediately. Other people will prefer to add sugar, so if you are a fan you can add it too. However, it will not be so necessary because the sugar contained in the bananas and honey will do the trick. In the morning, at noon, in the afternoon or in the evening, consume your milkshake whenever you want . Enjoy!

If you would like your milkshake to be even thicker, here are some tips: ♦ Add ice cubes: Ice cubes also thicken the texture of the milkshake as they slowly melt. ♦ Freeze your bananas: Frozen bananas have a denser texture and add more body to the milkshake. ♦ Add ice cream or frozen yogurt as in the recipe in this article: These ingredients add density and give a creamy texture to the milkshake. ♦ Use protein-rich ingredients: Ingredients like protein powder or powdered milk can help thicken the milkshake. ♦ Add cashew flour or almond flour: These ingredients can also help thicken the milkshake.
