If you are having people over and didn't know what to serve them for dessert, now you know what you can concoct. Your guests will be able to enjoy it as quickly as you have prepared it or after refrigerating it. So I will show you how to make a delicious chocolate biscuit pudding worthy of the name in a few small steps. Here is what you will need:
INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 130g of biscuits
- 1000 ml of milk
- A pinch of vanilla
- 150g sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
So we move on to the preparation
PREPARATION
Here are the steps to follow for preparation
1
Powder the biscuits and add a tablespoon of cocoa and mix. For a better result you can use a mixer
2
Place the mixture in 1/3 of a glass, pressing down gradually.
3
In a saucepan, over low heat, add 500 ml of milk, 2 tablespoons of corn powder, 50g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix and bring to the boil. Dress properly in a second layer at 2/3 of the glass and press with a spoon to make it a little compact.
4
In another saucepan, add 500ml of milk, a pinch of vanilla, two tablespoons of cornstarch (don't forget to sieve), whisk well with a whisk and bring to the boil over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
5
Melt the sugar over low heat then add the mixture below and stir well until smooth.
6
Pour the mixture into the third layer of the dressing and sprinkle with cocoa powder. You can also grate a piece of chocolate on the pudding instead of cocoa powder. It would be just as beautiful and delicious. Note: The dessert is ready! For best results and taste, place your chocolate pudding made with cookies in the freezer for a long time. However, it is important to do it correctly to avoid any damage or alteration of the texture or taste. It is therefore recommended to put it in an airtight container or to cover it carefully with aluminum foil or plastic wrap. This is to avoid any contamination or alteration of flavor. It is also important to take it out of the freezer well in advance so that it can defrost completely before serving. You can eat your chocolate pudding at any time of the day or after a meal. However, it is still a fairly high-calorie dessert, so if you are on a diet or if you are worried about gaining weight, pull yourself together a little. Go in moderation!
