I have an easy recipe for you that can be made in 15 minutes flat and that will surely please everyone. Make small avocado and smoked salmon verrines. Nothing will go over the fire and this will save you a lot of time if you have a lot of people coming. You can also serve these verrines as a starter but it all depends on the quantity, you will need verrines with a slightly more substantial container. For the preparation you will need an avocado mousse, salmon tartare and a cream. For this, you will need the following ingredients.

  • Chili powder

We start with the avocado mousse. Wash your avocados properly, cut them in half, then remove the flesh with a spoon and pour into a blender. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, a little chili powder, the juice of half the lemon and mix. Check that the seasoning suits you and that the preparation has a perfectly smooth mixture; You can add a drizzle of olive oil for more flavor. The chili is optional, if you do not consume it, do not add it. However, it will enhance the taste of the preparation.

Then, it's time to make the cream. In a bowl, put the mascarpone and the crème fraîche, mix with a mixer. Then season with salt, pepper, and mix again for 2 or three minutes. Check the seasoning and set aside;

For the salmon tartare, cut the salmon into pieces then add chili pepper, garlic powder and mix with a spoon; I want to point out that the seasoning is really up to you, season your preparation as you like. For example, avoid chili pepper if you don't want any, but a pinch in the avocado or salmon will bring out a little more flavor. Instead of chives, you can use fresh dill or parsley.

For the dressing, first place the avocado preparation in the glasses with a piping bag or do it delicately with a spoon. Then finish nicely with the back of a spoon;

Then add the cream with another piping bag or simply with a spoon, but be sure to do it with the utmost delicacy to avoid dirtying the verrine;

Finally, arrange the salmon . Your appetizer is ready. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours for a better taste.
